1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering (S1)
2. Minimum GPA 2.75
3. Age Maximum 27 years old
4. Have technical competency product engineering
5. Having good knowledge in product testing
6. Interest in automotive especially motor cycle
7. Having good knowledge in motorcycle components
8. Having good technical drawing skill
9. Hard worker, fast learner, highly motivated and initiative
